LBBS is committed to transparency, integrity, and global recognition standards. This page outlines the formal guidelines and governing framework for our honorary doctorate awards.
This policy defines the criteria, process, and standards by which LBBS confers honorary doctoral titles.
It ensures ethical alignment, safeguards the non-academic nature of the honours, and protects the integrity of both the institution and recipients.
An honorary doctorate is a symbolic recognition awarded to distinguished individuals who have made extraordinary contributions to business, leadership, entrepreneurship, management, or public service.
It is not an academic degree and does not equate to a PhD or any formal educational qualification.
LBBS currently awards honorary doctorates in the following categories:

Successful candidates are conferred honorary degrees at official LBBS events, such as:
Each recipient receives a certificate of recognition, citation, and optional academic robe. Participation fees may apply to cover event and documentation logistics — this does not influence the award decision.
Awardees may use the honorary title with appropriate formatting. For example:

However, awardees must not claim to hold an academic PhD or misrepresent the nature of the award. Misuse may lead to revocation.
LBBS reserves the right to revoke any award if:
All revocation decisions go through a formal review process.
We maintain clarity in communication regarding our honorary awards. For clarification, validation, or media inquiries, please contact:
This policy is managed by the LBBS Board of Recognition & Awards.
